F.A.Q.

• What is check-in time at the hotel?
  The reception in our hotel is staffed 24 hours a day, so you may check-in at any time! Rooms are not normally available until 15:30, but we are happy to store your luggage until then.
• What time is check-out?
  Our check-out time is by 10:30am but you are more than welcome to leave your luggage with us for the day.
• Can we store our luggage in the hostel before check-in or after check-out?
  We would be glad to have you leave your luggage with us before your room is ready and on the day of your departure.
• Can I smoke anywhere in the hotel?
  Sorry, but all our rooms are non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed on the balcony situated in the same floor where the reception is.
• What time is breakfast and what does it consist of?
  Breakfast is available from 4:30am to 1:00am (more than 20 hours a day) in the bar just downstairs, and is a traditional Italian breakfast - your choice of coffee, tea or cappuccino and a croissant or pastry. In the summer you can even sit outside at the sidewalk tables and enjoy the sun and people watching while you eat.
• Is parking for my car available?
  There is a parking garage close to the Pop Inn Hostel at Via del Castro Pretorio 16c that offers guests of the hostel a discount.
• Can I rent a car or scooter?
  Scooter and bicycles can be rented from Eco Move Rent located at Via Marghera 47d. The nearest rental car offices are located inside Termini Station.
• Can we book tours through the hostel?
  Yes, once you are here we can go over with you all the tours we make available through the hostel. The tours range from shuttle and walking tours of the city, to bus tours from Rome to destinations outside of Rome, such places, to name a few, as Tivoli, Ancient Ostia, Assisi, and Capri.
• Can we book a taxi to or from the airport through the hostel?
  Yes. We deal directly with a car service that provides passage between Rome and both it's major airports, Ciampino and Leonardo da Vinci at Fiumicino. They charge fixed rates, depending on the time of day and number of people, so you don't have to worry about being overcharged by the often enterprising Roman cabbies.
